Future Author?

Today, Drew wrote his first novel! Well, maybe not a novel, but his first book. He was so proud! I helped him edit it when he finished (he had left out two words that, as he told me, "I said in my head but forgot to write them down!") and we just had to take pictures of it as well. I am very proud of my little author!

School Time!

The kids had school one morning in the basement. It was pretty cute! They each got to write or draw on the board and Allen's job was erasing. They had such fun with Granddaddy!

Dollywood!

While Patrick traveled to Europe in late May, the boys and I visited Knoxville for a few days. One day we ventured up to Dollywood for a quick visit with Nana, Granddaddy, Aunt Celeste, Jay and Amelia. The kids had a great time riding all their favorite rides, especially their beloved train!
