One Last Dollywood Trip

Before we left Tennessee, we took one last trip to Dollywood to say goodbye to Katie. If you don't know who Katie is, you haven't ridden the train at Dollywood enough! It was a good day!

I found this photo on my computer tonight and just had to post it. This is the "puzzle table" at Nana & Grandaddy's house. This is the same table that Allen sat down at one night, then got up, walked across the room and got a puzzle off the shelf, and went back to the table. It was hilarious! This photo is from one of our last nights in Knoxville. The boys were having a great time working puzzles together!

Fun with Grandma & Grandpa

On Thursday night, Drew got to spend the night at Grandma and Grandpa's camper. They are in the area for a few months and were spending a week at a county park about 30 minutes away. He had a great time with them - playing trains, reading books, playing outside, and going on a big hike! Here are some pictures of their hike and picnic lunch as well as our time on the playground when we went to pick him up. Enjoy!

How do you celebrate Valentine's Day when you have boys?

With a visit to the train park, of course! To celebrate Valentine's Day, we took a family trip to the McCormick-Stillman Railroad Park. Daddy discovered the train park last year while he was working out here and he took Drew to see it in October when we visited. It is definitely an awesome outing for the train loving boys in our lives! There are trains to ride, a carousel, model train layouts, and a huge playground area. Daddy packed us a picnic lunch and we had a wonderful day enjoying the beautiful weather and all the trains!

Happy Valentine's Day!

We had a great Valentine's Day today. This morning the boys opened their presents from Nana and Grandaddy and enjoyed a breakfast of pancakes made lovingly by Daddy. We spent the afternoon out (more on that to come...) and then headed home for naps. Our taco dinner was a little rocky - Allen is really having problems with his teeth and Drew woke up from his nap on the wrong side of the bed! Once we got everyone happy and fed, we had our family valentine party and opened our cards. The boys and Daddy got me a box of chocolates - yum! Drew had asked to watch a movie tonight and have popcorn so, after Allen went to bed, we watched Air Buddies (his new DVD from Nana). It was cute and he seemed to like it!

Tonight, Grandma and Grandpa stopped by to have dinner with us while Nana and Grandaddy are in town. It was fun to have both sets of grandparents here without having a holiday to mess with!

Yes, I know...

...I am so behind on posting ANYTHING these days. I promise I will catch up at some point.
On a happy note, Nana and Grandaddy are arriving on Tuesday for a week long visit! Mommy is looking forward to getting things settled around the house with their help! Daddy has to travel for the first time since our move and it luckily corresponded with their visit!
I'll hopefully have some photos of the house posted soon!
